Navigate to the Public Page to see current and completed tickets. Continue to track the progress and be able to see description updates for each ticket.
The Creating a New User feature is unfortunately unavailable to unverified users. The New User form connects to a database and stores your password as a hash password for security. While logging in, the username and password goes through a set of conditions to determine these permissions.
The Updating and Creating a New Ticket feature is currently unavailable to unverified users. This feature allows you to update current tickets on the Public Page on create a new ticket for a new task.
